Kuami Eugene (born February 1, 1997) is a Ghanaian Highlife and Afrobeat singer-songwriter signed to Lynx Entertainment and Empire Distribution. Known for hits like "Angela" and "Wish Me Well," he won the Unsung and New Artist awards in 2017 and 2018, and received multiple awards including Album of the Year and Artist of the Year at the Ghana Music Awards. Born in Akim Oda, Ghana, he began his music career on the MTN Hitmaker show in 2016 and later gained prominence with his singles and performances at major events. In 2022, he released "Take Away" and performed at Afrochella. Kuami Eugene has also faced controversy, notably allegations of song theft from Bhadext Cona, who accused him of repurposing her track for his solo release.
